Before you saddle up for Dylan’s big 4-0 Hoedown Throwdown, here’s everything you need to know to arrive smoothly, park smart, and kick off the celebrations without a hitch.

What to wear: A cowboy hat. Commitment is key.
What to bring: A good attitude and your best yeehaw energy.
What not to bring: The kids. No minors - outlaw behaviour expected.

Camping: 1:30pm Arrival

If you’re planning to camp overnight, roll in from 1:30pm to set up your swag, van, tent, or whatever you're callin’ home for the night.

Camper parking is available out back, but be sure to arrive before 2:30pm. No vehicles will be permitted to enter or exit after 2:30pm.

Party Kick Off: 3:00pm

This is when the party officially begins. Dust off your boots, tip your hat, and get ready to raise a little hell.

Parking’s tighter than a bull rope, so hitch a ride, carpool, book an Uber, or rock up on horseback if you must — absolutely no on-site parking permitted.

Getting home from Hunchy can be a bit of a wild one, so make sure your transport is organised in advance.
